A former Mrs. Nebraska has started a business helping other people land jobs by projecting confidence and a positive attitude.

Crowned in the beauty contest in 1987, Rita Rocker knows the importance of people putting their best foot forward.

“It only takes two or three seconds to make a good first impression,” Rocker said. Like hundreds of other Nebraskans, Rocker found her self laid off in September.
