Below is an activity that will help you breaking down your weekly hour usage so you can see where you have time leakages. (Copy and paste this text into a Word document for a printable activity.)
There are 168 hours in a week. Below you are going to be tracking, for 1 day, how much time you spend in your daily routines. You’ll also be estimating how much time certain weekly or less common events take and then divide the total to get an average daily time. Doing this will show you where your time sucks are.
