The Four Stages:
- Goal – What do you want to achieve?
- Prompt: “If this session were a success, what would you leave with today?”
- Reality – Where are you now, and what’s getting in the way?
- Prompt: “What’s happening right now that we need to look at honestly?”
- Options – What could you do?
- Prompt: “If there were no limits, what would you try?” (Then: “And what else?”)
- Will – What will you commit to?
- Prompt: “What’s one thing you will take action on before our next session?”

Using GROW, we broke it into a concrete plan: walk three mornings a week, prepare lunches on Sundays, and schedule that overdue doctor appointment.
