What if the pain you're feeling isn’t caused by your circumstances—but by your thinking? Most emotional pain comes from how we interpret life, and chances are, you’ve unknowingly been holding on to beliefs that aren’t true. These irrational beliefs and emotional suffering go hand in hand.
When experiencing a digestion problem, we often think of food as the culprit. While the quality of our food definitely is a factor in this equation, we usually overlook the true villain—STRESS.
Go to a doctor for digestive symptoms, and it’s likely you will come home with a prescription (or three) to reduce acid reflux, stimulate the digestive track, and probably even "treat" anxiety or depression.

It is important to question your beliefs because the truth is that just because you believe them doesn’t make them true. You probably used to believe something that you don’t believe anymore. That’s good news because if some of what you believe is limiting you, you can change it!
