Listen to the video and use the following exercise to brainstorm what you can teach online!
Brainstorming Questions:
What problems do people in your target market have?
Which of these problems have you solved during your career or could you otherwise help them solve?
EXPERTISE:
What is your main area of expertise (knowledge, experience, wisdom)?
How long have you been doing what you currently do (whether working in a particular field or doing a particular activity or hobby)?
Have you accumulated valuable wisdom in your field that others who are not as advanced can only learn from experience, or from you teaching them what you have learned as a shortcut to their success? If so, what is it?
What knowledge do you have that others would PAY TO KNOW?
SKILL/TALENT:
What talents do you have that are unique or unusual?
What can you do EASILY that may be difficult for other people?
What skill have you learned (through education, your career or as a hobbyist) that someone else would want to learn?
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
In what other areas do you have unique or extensive experience?
Do you have any PERSONAL life experience that you could use to help others? For instance, did you overcome a challenge?
How could sharing what you have learned help others in the same situation?
PROCESS:
What measurable or desirable result have you achieved in life or business that you could help others achieve?
What processes do you use or have you developed that you do over and over again to get consistent results?
